Challenge Details

Our 6 week shred is a results based functional fitness program. We will perform initial measurements including, weight, circumference measurements, and In-body body fat. You will have access to our private Shred Facebook group where you will gain access to nutritional, exercise, and motivational content as well as the support of the group.

You will receive 6 weeks of unlimited classes, 2 In-body assessments customized meal plan, nutritional coaching to educate you on how to meal prep, creating balance, and goal setting.

Starting Measurements: Saturday April 17th (6-10am)
Final Measurements: Saturday, May 29th (6-10am)
